October was a rather slow month as we had a few eyes on the upcoming winter months. October is sort of a slower month as market tends to stagnate from the late summer rush and as many are eager to start the 4th quarter of the year off right hence are consumed with work. Many of our clients are finalizing their winter travel plans and we are happily anticipating a hectic few months coming up. With that being said, we were able to close on three deals allowing us to keep up pace and pad our 2015 sales numbers. We closed a Ho’olei villa, a Wailea Point, and a Kamaole Sands on Hallows eve; each one was a highly profitable vacation rentable unit, the exact kind of properties we specialize in identifying to our clients.

The condo sits on the most coveted location in the community. Situated in the middle of the upper row of the neighborhood, Villa 87-3 has panoramic views of Molokini, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Ma’alaea. We facilitated through a pocket listing as we sold the unit prior to it being listed on the MLS, we previously listed this unit before around $3.3 million back when the market was turning out deals back in early 2015.
