I still stand by this neighborhood as a good starter home or nice place to downsize into because it’s on West Maui’s lower slopes and is located within an up and coming part of Wailuku.

We listed this property early this week and by the weekend it was under contract! Such an awesome feeling to get our sellers an offer that could accept! We listed for $329,900.

I was quite surprised when I pulled up the sales data on this community because the turnover numbers have been pretty intriguing this year. So far in 2015, there has been 10 units sold for an average sold price of $331,240. All the units have been trading in a strict price point of $290,000-$389,000, as one can tell the units are all priced close together so there is not much to differentiate the units. The highest priced unit sold was a pristine unit and represents the high-water mark for a resale in the community.
