Its been about a year and a half since we took over the sales office at Hokulani now, and man has it been an interesting 18 months: moving sales offices, building models homes, furnishing model homes, ensuring clients needs are met, covering for fellow sales associates, maintaining relationships with management, outlining loan conditions…we do it all. However, I wouldn’t prefer the 18 months our team has spent on this project in favor of time at another project. We wrote the contract at the very end of December and agreed to a fee of $1,230,544. The home was originally priced at $1,150,000 which is about the flat rate for a standard 22o floor plan. Our clients opted for a very nice upgrades package which explains the $80k price discrepancy.
