We originally received this listing in the end of April, we have recent experience in this market as we sold a Keonekai Villages listing at the end of last year in the high $200k range. The unit is just over 750 square feet with two beds and two baths. It’s a rather spacious unit with a neat breakfast bar that is perfect for the living room. We have the unit priced at $349,000 making it the most expensive active unit on the market. This year to date there has been three units sold for a total sales volume of $964,500. The average sold price of a condo sits at $321,500 while the median sold price is $327,500. The highest priced unit sold this year was a move in corner unit at $330,000. The lowest priced condo sold for $307,000, the $300k range looks like a pretty sweet price point right now. At the moment there are 5 units in escrow, all listed in the $300k range as well.

 

At this moment in time there are five active condos for sale representing a projected total sales volume of $1,660,500. The average list price for a condo is at $332,100 with the median list price slightly lower. The units for sale are in the $320k-$350k range, a pretty specific price point that many buyers can operate in. We currently list the highest priced condo in the complex.
