At the moment is a vast a mount of inventory in the neighborhood, right now the MLS is showing 12 active listings between the three complexes in the community. The Wailea Elua community is an increasingly harder community to get into these days. With Wailea condo prices on the rise, these condos will slowly creep out of buyers price range. These condos are looked at as one of the more “doable (able to afford)” communities in the Resort.  The lowest priced unit is going for $745,000 that can get you a beautiful family home in the heart of Maui. But out here in Wailea it gets you less than a 800 square feet. The highest priced condo is listed for $1,450,000 and it boasts spectacular lanai views.
