The average sold rate of these condos is $2,393,475, down about $60k from a month ago; however, $2.3 million is certainly a pricey price point. The lowest priced condo sol was a $1,232,500, 945 square foot condo on the upper slopes of the community set a little higher up. The highest priced condo was sold for $3,850,000. Totals sales volume of the neighborhood is $14,360,850 with that number expected to rise as there are two units sitting in escrow.

At the moment, there are eight active condos for sale in the community representing a total projected total sales volume of $16,325,000 (assuming all the condos sell). The lowest priced condo is listed for $1,250,000, but it has been on the market for close to two months now, an offer wouldn’t be bad idea. There is no question that the highest priced condo at $2,995,000 can fetch top. It is set further back from the beach (a plus because less activity around residence) and is a gorgeously remodeled unit with only the best finishes. However, the unit has been on the market for quite some time now. The average list price of the condos is just above $2 million at $2,040,625.
