Hokulani is begining to estlabish their reputation as the premier South Maui neighborhood, it already holds the title of Kihei’s only luxury gated golf course community. The excellent builders at Holanti Custom Homes are churning out an exquisitely constructed and excellently finished product. The growing community is located in Maui’s newest resort district, Kailea. The golf villas are a golfer’s paradise as it is entirely encircled by the Maui Nui Golf Club.

Kihei’s prettiest infinity pool

If you love to entertain your friends, the pool area is a great place to have them over. Unbelievable views at the community 

Slightly above and across the community is an up and coming part of Kihei yet to fully hold down a reputation as a “local” spot on the south shore. The Maui Brewing Co. occupies some retail space just up the road in the Maui Tech Park and will soon be launching their brewpub. Also Kono’s is just across the community and it has a very attractive happy hour. It’s always an added luxury to have a cool bar within walking distance.

There are about 20-25 new construction homes are available (singe floor plans limited, more expected in phase III) in the price point of $888,000-$1,170,000, a certainly more attractive price than the resale homes. There are 4 resale homes are both on the market for $1,099,000 and $1,395,000, I feel that they are priced out of a reasonable list price as the newly constructed models are available for amounts far lower.

The highest priced 100 is listed at just under $1 million at $999,000, lot 43 is a spacious lot backed up right against the fairway.
