The Wailea Point real estate market is a very exclusive neighborhood to get into, white sand beaches on either side of the property and unparalleled beach access are why it is one of Wailea’s most prestigious communities. The community houses 130 luxury units of 34 two and three-story buildings. The entire complex sits on 28 acres of Wailea’s most desired beachfront property.
