So far, there have bee 7 condos sold at Ho’olei, ringing in an average sales price to $2,716,428. Our team has had the pleasure of representing 4 of these properties as the listing agents and representing the buyer’s side on 5 Ho’olei sales this year as well. The lowest priced unit sold for under $2 million, a crazy deal considering that it closed for $1,690,000 (represented buyer and seller). On the max side of deals done at Ho’olei in 2014, the highest priced condo sold for $3,250,000; a very good sign for sellers and bad news for buyers as prices slowly start to creep up.
