Kilohana Ridge is known to be Kihei’s premier luxury home neighborhood. Prized for it’s quality construction and convenient location to all of South Kihei.

The Sayles team is responsible for marketing and selling the vacant lots in Kilohana Waena. This year alone, we have sold eight lots in Kilohana Waena; several with amazing views of the Pacific. Most recently, we just closed on 39 Ahekolo Street in Kilohana Ridge.
