Hoolei condo market update for February 18

The Ho’olei condo market finished 2012 on a high note with the record sale of 75-1 and is certainly starting 2013 just as high with another $3M sale in January! Read below for our complete recap of Ho’olei sales activity for January and the first half of February.

New listing – Ho’olei 15-3

We just listed Ho’olei Villa 15-3 (aka N3) for $2,775,000. This is a Plumeria floor plan villa located in the desirable and private “N” building on the Southern edge of the community.

New listing – Ho’olei 39-5

We also just listed Ho’olei Villa 39-5 (aka K5) with a 50% ownership offered at $1,247,500. This is a Maile floor plan on the third row with great ocean views!

Just Sold – Ho’olei 63-1

We sold Ho’olei Villa 63-1 (aka B1) on 02/01/2013 for $3,000,000. This was a North-facing Hibiscus floor plan in the popular “B” building which is located on the top row with premium ocean views. The sale of 63-1 marks the third $3M in the last 12 months and brings the 12-month average sales price to $2,564,090.

Price reductions at Ho’olei

1. The asking price for Ho’olei Villa 93-1 (aka G1) has been reduced to $1,775,000.

2. There was a $40,000 price reduction on Ho’olei Villa 69-3 (aka I3) which brings the asking price down to $2,530,000.

Ho’olei 112-1 is back on the market

We’re pleased to bring Ho’olei Villa 112-1 (aka F1) back on the market offered at $3,050,000. This is a hibiscus floor plan in the Northeast corner, if you want ultimate privacy while still enjoying great views this is the one you want to see.
