We just received the official price list for the Andaz Residences at Wailea and they range from $5.6 Million for a ground floor unit in the E Building up to $11.39 Million for the premier townhome style unit D1. Read below for the complete table of Andaz Wailea condo prices…

Many people speculated that most of these units would be pre-sold before the sales presentation. As of January 10, 2013 only unit E4 is under contract which means 11 units are still available.
Notably absent from this price list are units in the B and C buildings, it looks like this first phase of condo sales at Andaz Wailea will exclude those buildings.
