Newly listed Ho’olei condos for sale
The views from 112-1 sweep gracefully from ocean to mountain to golf course
On 07/12/2012 we listed Hoolei Villa 112-1 (F1) for $2,950,000. This is a Hibiscus floor plan located in the North corner of the top row, it’s bordered on two sides by the Wailea Blue golf course and offers the best privacy of any Hoolei condos currently on the market.
We also listed Ho’olei Villa 24-3 (T3) on 07/21/2012 for $2,275,000. This is a Plumeria floor plan located on the first row, a convenient location that is popular with guests.
Pending sales at Ho’olei
Ho’olei Villa 87-5 (D5) went under contract on 07/16/2012. This is our last original developer villa at Ho’olei.
We also put Hoolei Villa 112-6 (F6) under contract on 07/18/2012. This Hibiscus floor plan villa on the top row is listed with us and we brought the buyer.
Off the market
Hoolei Villa 57-5 (J5) was withdrawn on 07/30/2012. It was originally listed at $2,700,000 and had been on the market for 524 days. It was priced at $2,595,000 prior to being withdrawn.

As for Hoolei sales so far in 2012, in the first 7 months there have been 5 sales with an average sales price of $2,510,000. In the first 7 months of 2011 there were 7 Ho’olei sales with an average sales price of $2,727,500.
