Villa O1 (21-1) is the latest condo sale at Hoolei

October 2011 has been a great month for sales of Hoolei condos. Today we sold Hoolei Villa O1 (21-1) for $2,415,000. At first glance this looks like the lowest priced sale in Hoolei this year, but remember that 2011 sales have been concentrated in the top two rows which always sell for much more. The last Hibiscus sale that occurred on the second row was Villa O6 (21-6) which sold in March 2010 for $2,175,000. In less than 20 months the values for second row Hibiscus Villas are up roughly 11%.
