The waterfall and tiki torches create a special nighttime setting for Villa 93-6
About a month and a half ago, I decided to write a blog highlighting the best deal to own one of the prestigious Ho’olei vacation rentals. At the time, one villa stuck out above all else, villa 93-6 (pictured above, lit up). If you read that blog, you can see all the reasons why I thought it was an incredible value, but the main point was that the same floor plan about 25 feet to the south (villa 81-1), sold in 2008 for $3,125,000, and this property was listed at over $800,000 less! Literally within a week, we had received an offer, and by the end of September this villa was already in escrow!
Today marks the closing date of our 9th Ho’olei villa this year, and with a sales price of $2.2 million, brings our total sales volume to over $19 million! This community continues to set the benchmark for all others in South Maui. As for best deals right now, it’s hard not to mention villa 55-4. This is the highly desirable Maile floor plan, with a nice ocean view, and is currently offered at $2.3 million. It is also conveniently located near the Ho’olei pool and reception area, as well as one of the closest units to all The Grand Wailea has to offer.

Hoolei is a really great property, I don’t know that there is anything else in Maui that is comparable (and the closest thing to it, Wailea Beach Villas) are considerably more expensive.
We too feel there’s nothing on Maui that compares either, especially when you consider the one-of-a-kind relationship with the Grand Wailea!!
