About a month and a half ago, I decided to write a blog highlighting the best deal to own one of the prestigious Ho’olei vacation rentals.  At the time, one villa stuck out above all else, villa 93-6 (pictured above, lit up).  If you read that blog, you can see all the reasons why I thought it was an incredible value, but the main point was that the same floor plan about 25 feet to the south (villa 81-1), sold in 2008 for $3,125,000, and this property was listed at over $800,000 less!  Literally within a week, we had received an offer, and by the end of September this villa was already in escrow!

Today marks the closing date of our 9th Ho’olei villa this year, and with a sales price of $2.2 million, brings our total sales volume to over $19 million!  This community continues to set the benchmark for all others in South Maui.  As for best deals right now, it’s hard not to mention villa 55-4.  This is the highly desirable Maile floor plan, with a nice ocean view, and is currently offered at $2.3 million.  It is also conveniently located near the Ho’olei pool and reception area, as well as one of the closest units to all The Grand Wailea has to offer.
